Fees
At Scope Psychology Services Australia, we believe in providing an affordable service for clients and aim to ensure that finances do not prevent someone from being able to access help and support when needed. Our professional body, the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends $267 per 50-minute session, however our fees are substantially lower than this.
How much does Neurodiversity Screening Cost?
Our Neurodiversity Screening service is a one-time cost of $80.00.
If you decide to continue with a full diagnostic assessment or therapy with Scope after the screening service, we’ll waive our new client fee ($50.00).
It’s a small investment, potentially saving you hundreds of dollars for a comprehensive assessment that you’re unsure if you really need.
How much does therapy and assessment cost?

Cancellation Policy
A missed appointment is a loss to three people: the client who missed the valuable time, another client who could have used the valuable time and the practitioner who was fully-staffed and prepared for the appointment.
In order to make our services affordable to all our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy that helps us protect our appointment availability:
- We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations, as this allows us to allocate that time to other clients in need of care.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
- If you fail to show up for your appointment or repeatedly cancel subsequent appointments without proper notice, a cancellation or “no-show” fee of 50% will be charged.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your schedule whenever possible. However, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy, which helps us provide timely and effective care to all our clients.
