What has your psychology journey looked like?
Throughout my psychology journey, I've been continually inspired by the power of human connection in fostering growth and healing. My practice is built on a foundation of trust and honesty, allowing me to provide consistent support and cultivate strong, enduring relationships with my clients. I find profound satisfaction in the daily opportunity to guide and empower individuals as they work towards their unique aspirations.

I am deeply committed to establishing a strong therapeutic alliance based on connection. My approach centres on empowering clients to achieve greater self-awareness, with sessions thoughtfully tailored to their individual needs and aspirations. I maintain a strengths-based perspective, delivered with genuine compassion and understanding. To facilitate deeper engagement and insight, I often utilise interactive methods like games and role-playing.

What do you find rewarding about being a psychologist?

It is an honour to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where meaningful change can occur and to see the positive difference our work makes in their lives.

What are some of your personal interests?

Beyond my work, I'm passionate about fitness and sports, and you'll often find me running. I also enjoy getting lost in a good book, with a particular interest in fantasy, biographies, and anything educational. Family time and connection with animals are also very important to me.
