Rebecca Deltoro

Rebecca believes in supporting people to reach their goals through psychoeducation, validation, and acknowledgement of individual strengths. She is a registered psychologist who has experience working with children and adolescents in school and private practice settings. Rebecca has professional strengths in both psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions. Her preferred therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

Rebecca has professional strengths in:

• Providing psychological therapy for youth and young adults with mood and anxiety concerns
• Supporting people with an intellectual disability experiencing social and emotional difficulties
• Play therapy for children

Rebecca provides diagnostic assessment for:

• Specific learning disorders in reading, writing and mathematics (including dyslexia)

Rebecca also provides neurodiversity screening services for young people aged 8-17 years.
